Parent Conferences

Pioneer School will be using an online computer program for Parent Teacher Conferences. These conferences will take place November 20-22 in your child/children's classroom.
 
We have already scheduled conferences for Spanish and Russian families needing interpreters. These families will receive a paper copy of your appointment date and time. Due to the large number of families that need translators, we ask that you keep this conference that has been set up for you. 
 
All other families will be responsible for setting up your conferences for your child/children in an online system. This system uses parent emails to send registration confirmation, which you will need to choose an appointment time. If you have more than one student attending Pioneer, we suggest that you schedule your conferences as soon as possible so they can be scheduled back to back at your convenience.

  • Click on the name of your child/children's teacher. 
  • First, register with name and contact information. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to choose your appointment time. You can also add and change both registrations and appointments.
If you need any assistance in logging into the program, don't have a computer, or don't have an email address, please contact the school office and we can assist you in the process.
