Hello! My name is Mrs. Kelsey Costello. I look forward to being your child’s teacher for 5th grade. I hope to make a lasting impression on your child like my 5th grade teacher did to me (I still talk to her!). Let’s make learning fun and memorable!
Hello. My name is Steve Ganzer. I've been teaching since 2003 and have taught 2nd through 6th grade during that time. I live close to Pioneer with my 9 year old daughter, Daphne. I look forward to working with your child this year at Pioneer Elementary!
Hello! My name is Mrs. Gross. I am excited to be a Panther and teaching at Pioneer School. I began my teaching career in 2006 and have taught both 5th and 6th grades. I love teaching and helping students learn new things each day. My goal as a teacher is to help my students achieve success academically while also building good character and working to become a productive and respectful member of society.
When I am not in my classroom working with students you can find me relaxing at home or doing things with my family and friends. I am married to my wonderful husband who stands by my side every step of the way. I love being outdoors and being active any time of year. A few activities that I enjoy include camping, spending time on our boat/kayaks, cruising our classic car, taking day trips and admiring the beautiful sights all around me.
I believe in the power of a strong and positive role model and strive each day to be the best human I can be.
My door is always open to students and families past, present or future!
Helllo! My name is Mrs. Rodgers. I am excited to be teaching 6th grade at Pioneer! I grew up in this area and attended Pioneer myself! I loved Pioneer when I was a kid and am happy to be back!
I have over 20 years of teaching experience that ranges from kindergarten through eighth grade. I have taught 6th grade for the past 6 years and enjoy working with this age group. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where every student is engaged and takes pride in their own learning and accomplishments!
When I’m not in the classroom I am usually busy taking care of my own family. I have been married to my husband, Mark, for 24 years. We have a daughter, Samantha, who is 21 years old and a son, Tyler, who is 18 years old. As a family we enjoy boating, camping, sports, and going on vacation!
I hope to make this a memorable year for every student and am looking forward to the upcoming school year!
My name is Mrs. Christensen or Mrs. C if you prefer. I joined the Twin Rivers family in 2014 and teach 5th and 6th grade. I have my Master’s degree in Special Education, love Disney, and you can often find me reading when I have a little time to myself.
